Its 9:24 on a Friday night and some rude guy working the window just gave horrible customer service, throwing attitude because his cheap speaker doesnt work. This location constantly forgets parts of orders and I found a hair in my frosty last time I ordered one. DONE with this location.

For a fast food chain my experience was good. I've been at this Wendy's several times and am pretty much always pleased with the food, service and overall atmosphere.

Was excited to try your new chicken tenders, but my experience wasn't very good. The worst chicken I've had in years. So much coating and over cooked, I had to remove the nasty coating before I could eat the rest. Even my dog didn't like them, and dogs eat anything, well I don't!
The service was good
I went through the drive thru. The person took our order. He asked for what I wanted and what to drink. Then at the window proceeded to rudely tell me that I hadn’t ordered it. I was like you just asked me what I wanted to drink with it. This person didn’t even acknowledge that anything was wrong, and told me I could just go back through the line. I don’t know what was going on with this man but certainly not polite customer service.

The people that work here are rude I went 730am 10-8-25 . Worker yelled at me because I couldn’t hear him clearly . If you’re unhappy with your job or can’t provide a service then don’t do it .

One of the worst Wendy’s experiences I have ever had, yall need to quit rushing people why they are trying to order , and on top of that you were rude whoever was on the headset l, and on top of that you forgot some of my food and didn’t even give us the receipt 10-10 WOULD NOT GO HERE

Tonight was an all around bad experience at this store. Rude service right off the bat, was missing sauce and when asked for some they wanted to charge me. When I left and opened the food it wasn't what I ordered. Sad.

Just order food from Wendy’s one was a baconator and one was a big bacon classic double. Both orders were handed to us within a minute of being at the window and when we got home they were both wrong. Both had 0 bacon and both were single patties. I paid $27 for cold nasty wrong food. You can tell it’s soggy and had been sitting there. Updating this because I’ve called 6 times and been ignored each time. We ordered at 10:15 and 15 minutes later no one will answer the phones.

Review of Wendy’s (Service Experience with David)
I never thought I would have to write a review like this, but my recent experience at this Wendy’s location was so shockingly negative that I feel it’s important to document it in detail. This was, without exaggeration, the worst service encounter I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
I arrived and placed my order like any normal customer. Instead of being served in a reasonable amount of time, I was forced to sit in the parking lot for over 16 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me were served promptly and efficiently. My food, however, never came. I waited and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was a mix-up, but after watching car after car receive their food, I realized something was very wrong.
Since the dining room was locked up for the night, my only option was to try to get someone’s attention by knocking on the windows around the restaurant. This in itself is completely unacceptable — no customer should have to walk around a closed building, knocking on windows just to ask about an order they already paid for.
Eventually, a staff member named David came outside. Instead of helping resolve the issue, David escalated the situation beyond anything I could have imagined. He screamed at me, cursed at me, and even went so far as to make physical threats toward me. I was left completely stunned and shaken — not only by the lack of professionalism, but by how hostile and unsafe the interaction became. I’m still considering contacting the police because I genuinely felt frightened for my safety in what should have been a routine food pickup.
This is not just “bad service.” This is a fundamental breakdown of customer care, respect, and basic human decency. Being ignored for 16 minutes is bad enough. Being screamed at and physically threatened by an employee when I finally tried to ask for help is beyond comprehension.
I want to emphasize that I am not writing this review out of spite or to insult anyone personally — but to hold this location accountable for completely unacceptable behavior. Employees represent the company when they are on the clock, and no customer should ever have to experience intimidation, verbal abuse, or fear when all they came for was a simple meal.
Wendy’s corporate team needs to be made aware of this incident. If this is the kind of service being tolerated — where a paying customer is ignored, yelled at, cursed at, and threatened — then something is deeply wrong with the management and training at this location.
I strongly urge other customers to be cautious if they plan on visiting this Wendy’s, and I sincerely hope the company takes swift action to prevent anyone else from ever going through what I experienced that night.

The burger was actually fresh and made correctly. The cashier had a smile the whole time. Not a fake one either. A genuine smile! Good job!

I don’t often go out of my way to complain about a fast food joint, but I have issues with my order literally every time I order at this location: tonight, I placed a pickup order in advance (obviously), I arrived about ten minutes late and it still took (no exaggeration) ~30 minutes for them to get my order to me. They forgot two of the three frostys I ordered, and got the flavor wrong. Twice! They shorted us on a sauce cup, but gave us two extra spoons?
For the record, they were NOT busy. At all.

Been homeless for 10 years and this is the only place that is happy to serve me, the manager David is so kind to give me free meals and has been for the passed 10 months.
