Zacatlan was outstanding! The best dinning we encoutered on our trip to Santa Fe. Being from out of state Zacatlan's cusine provided a good representation of mexican style cusine.

This is a nice cozy restaurant for a small group or an intimate time for two. However, that being said I can only give the food a "fair" review. The entree's were not hot when we were served. I had the whole snapper and while it was well presented was only slightly warm and the risotto as well. My wife had the squash flowers and hers wasn't hot at all. She is the type of person who doesn't want to cause a fuss, so she didn't send it back. I would...

What a great little spot! The hatch chili salsa was the best I've ever had; great heat, great flavor - I wish they sold it by the jar. The sangria was fantastic, as well. My wife enjoyed her mole chicken and my mahi mahi tacos were great. This is a nice little find just a block or two off The Plaza. Well worth seeking out for the food but also to help some of the more modest establishments in Santa Fe keep on keeping on. Nice people, great food, awesome sangria. What else...
