We had lunch this time and it was excellent. Their enchiladas negras are great! I have them several times. Please be aware that the lunch menu is totally different than dinner and has lots of brunch type items. However, the food quality is excellent as is the service.
Incredible meal. I had the fried Red Snapper with Crab Risotto in a Vera Cruz style sauce. The chef kept the show stopping presentation of of getting a whole fried fish like in Mexico, but did the work of completely fileting the fish so that I didn't have to worry about the bones. A return visit to Zacatlan. This restaurant never disappoints us. The dishes are excellent and a feast of complex flavors. We took guests and started with the Ceviche and then followed with the the Branzino Al Pastor, Braised Beef Short Ribs, and Tortilla Crusted Chile Relleno. All were perfectly prepared and delicious.
