Nobody was running it. It's inside of a pilot but it was empty. I'm gonna hi e it five stars though because I mean it's Auntie Anne's and I am sure they were just short handed. Cinnabon is in here too so that was awesome.

Went in with family for a pretzel. Girl behind the counter rudely says there are no pretzels. Why they hell is the pretzel shop open if they don't have pretzels? Idiot employee was just standing behind the counter with no food at 5pm.

This place is located inside the Pilot Truck Stop, it is not a separate store. Anyway, I pulled in to get fuel, went in to get something to eat before hitting the road again. The sound of a big soft salted pretzel sounded super goof to me, so I ordered a pretzel and I got a cup of soup and drink and headed back out to my truck. I get down the road a ways just to discover that my super yummy pretzel was NOT super yummy, in fact it was BURNT and not very soft at all. In fact it was old. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting in that glass for 12 hrs. I Had to throw it out. Thank God I got the soup with it otherwise I would have gone hungry. If it was only the burnt pretzel I would have given MAYBE 3 stars at most but the service was as so bad that it barely qualifies as a 1 star. Tall need to step up it up. Very disappointed trucker.

Not too impressed with the food. The prices are a bit much and the service to say the least was disappointing. Would not recommend.

We stopped to get some pretzel bites. They only had 1 that was really old. We wanted to get more. They refuse to make anything and they didn't even close for another hour. Completely lazy! Won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time
