By far one of the worse experiences I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant, waited over 30 minutes for food that was not good at all, meat was dry and looked like it had been in warmers all day.. Staff is also very rude, was shorted a soda I ordered and when I asked for it the lady wanted me to pay for it again. Biggest waste of 80$ in my life. Definitely do not recommend.

This is a great place to stop and grab food on a roadtrip if you're sick of fast food but want your food fast. The food came out fast, it was delicious, and there was a lot of it! The staff were awesome too. Highly recommend!

I can not explain how delicious this soup was. In my 66 years, I've not had anything I can possibly compare this to. The flavor depth of the broth was amazing. The variety of vegetables was amazing. I was passing through on vacation and happened upon Chico's and am so happy I did. I have changed my route for returning home so I can stop by again! The employees were so nice!

The food was unfortunately too spicy for me, everything on the menu had a little spice. The only thing I found i could eat was a quesadilla. It was very good! No alcohol here either, so unfortunately no Margarita Monday

I waited over an hour and STILL no food. We got 4 drinks and order chips and guacamole and queso. We got the drinks and chips and then waited another 20 minutes for guac and queso, and then 20 minutes later, and nothing. No check back, no explanation, nothing. So we chose to leave, and they charged me $32! But I am going to call and dispute that, since I really don't think that was fair at all!
I will never return to this place. They should've said no charge as we sat and waited for ivwr an hour, but the cashier/waitress was mad that we didn't want to continue to wait to feed our kids.
The salsa was way too hot (spicy) to eat, the queso was not hot (temp) and had a big dollop of cojito cheese when we only wanted queso (but she never returned for us to say anything), the guacamole was covered in cilantro, and it was more like chopped avocado with onions and cilantro rather than actual guacamole.
Just overall a terrible experience!

Unfortunately we weren’t able to try the food because our party had a small (10 lb) service dog. There was 4 of us in our party and one was disabled vet with a small service dog. We were told they would only allow us there if we sat outside, then we would have to decide what we wanted, come in to order, and they would bring it out when it was ready. If we wanted drink refills we would need to send someone in to get it. Needless to say, we left.
Drove through the area and stopped overnight at holiday Inn..Chico’s was a nice suprise to end our long drive..we did take out.it was pretty good.. guacamole chips were delicious no salt on the chips which was perfect. Grilled chicken great flavor..assortment of tacos for variety..

How they got 4 star, I have no idea. The service sucks first off all. The torta was really horrible idk what they put in that meat but it wasnt tasting right. The fries were really horrible. Like they made it yesterday or something. My experience here wasn't good and glad I ain't coming back. gracias
