Was a five star review until the owner opened his mouth. Food was great the first time so we went again two days later. The owner acted like a prick while the waitress had to apologize, it seemed like they have to do that a lot from their expressions. If you aren’t local he doesn’t want you there, avoid the “American food” he will charge you extra for the audacity.

Tortilla burger 5 stars
Oh my word! My husband & I just ate dinner at Comet II. We eat a LOT of Mexican food, and our burrito & enchiladas were truly exceptional. The salsa z& the red sauce were AMAZING. Also, 4th generation owner. Plan your trip so you can eat in Santa Rosa. You will be so happy that you did.

Best restaurant in Santa Rosa NM!
Family owned and friendly atmosphere with great food. This is a must stop! I can't say enough about this restaurant, my wife and I both stop every year on our way through town. We love it!

Place is closed so can't tell about the food. Do not stop here while passing through keep going. What people we saw we said hello they just looked away so people unfriendly also
