Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was a terrible Dairy Queen. The people who work there were mean. They locked us inside. The food took forever. When they got our order wrong three times we were still kind with them. Then they still got our order wrong when they handed it to us. The lady who handed us our food, tried to argue with us about it. When she was finally corrected, the lady slammed our food down on our tray, like a little kid. That lady, so happen to be the manager.This Dairy Queen is truly a mess. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere just a miserable experience. We will never go back to this one again.

Horrible service. Kids were on their phones the whole time messing around. Ordered 1 ice cream and it took longer than it should have . Very unprofessional

Chicken tender wasn’t cooked No Good

As the night progressed on our trip home, which was still two hours away we decided to stop by and eat at this location. The attendant was very professional, courteous and friendly. I ordered the single cheese original burger combo and my wife ordered the 6 piece chicken tender. We ordered our food and after a few minutes we received our food, all of it was very good for the value, because I did use a mobile coupon. As we finished our meal it was 5 minutes past closing time and I wanted a blizzard but since the machine was already started to get drained to get cleaned, I understand that I was not able to get one. Such a great staff that work there.

I ordered a 6 piece bbq chicken strip basket and they gave me an original chicken strip basket.

Drive thru was super busy. But the drive-thru lady was great. She smiled. Conversed. Had a great positive attitude. Wished me safe travels.

Worst DQ I have ever been to. Ice Cream tasted awful. We did not even finish blizzard or dilly bar. Yuck tables were dirty. Worker was touching all the cones. Yuck. Were out!

The food was very good and the staff was friendly and efficient. The dining area, however, was needed cleaned. If you’re just driving through, you’ll get great food and service. They need a little more focus on cleaning when there’s a break between customers.
