The chicken strip basket was fresh! Only reason I give two stars is I ordered a heath blizzard and asked if I could get it with the chocolate sauce and they said it would be extra…. I’m pretty sure that is the way it’s supposed to come with chocolate or is Dairy Queen website wrong? ?
Joslynn is on the receipt so don’t know if she is the gal who took our order. I orderd the hamburger Patties, no bun and pickles. So I said the two Patties, pickles and the bacon.When I got ready to eat it there was cheese on both Patties I can’t have cheese it makes me sick. So I had to decide off I wanted to have something to eat for dinner or take a risk of getting sick. I tried to scrape the cheese off and with it being melted was not able to.Why the cooks can’t read directions and not just make it the way the routine is. Is very frustrating.According to the receipt it was on there as plain top. I don’t know if that means no cheese. But regardless it was not the way I ordered it.If you all had grilled chicken, I would not have had this problem.I recommend if you place a special order, make sure you look at it before you leave. That was error on my part.
