After driving for 11 hours, I had heard from multiple people, including the front desk person at our hotel that this was the best place in Santa Rosa. They completely vouched for the fact that this was the best pizza to be found in the area. I was very enthusiastic about this opportunity, as I thought the facility looked nostalgic and fun.
The place was empty when we came in and the maître D, for I don’t know what else to call him, was surly right off the start. And once seated, our server was in an even more unagreeable mood. My wife ordered the taco plate, and a beer. I ordered the personal pizza with sausage.
The taco plate was absolutely disgusting. The beans were fresh out of a can, and not even warm. The rice was congealed, obviously pre-prepared and disgusting. The tacos had stale old shells.
The pizza was obviously a frozen pizza they heated up. I would’ve done better to buy a hot pocket at the gas station and heat it up in the microwave. It was so freaking greasy, I couldn’t even eat a whole piece. And once it was put on the table, I asked for a plate. And the server threw a paper plate at me.
I get that it’s not fine dining. I get it, it’s a tourist trap. But I don’t deserve to be treated this poorly. And I’m offended as a customer, that the quality of the food, and the service was so miserable.
And I totally understand that people need to make a living. But just don’t step on me this hard, to try to make money. It’s disrespectful and it’s unfair and it hurts.

Atmosphere is great. Nice people. Horrible service and a long wait. My boyfriend got his food (which wasn’t great btw) about 30 minutes before I ever got mine, which was just an appetizer starter, should not take long. It’s an appetizer right??? It has been over 30 minutes since ordering and still, nothing. My boyfriend’s food is cold. We were here on a trip and just wanted to eat someplace nice. This was a little disappointing. Will not be coming back next time.

This restaurant has delicious pizza; it is definitely worth stopping for! I also ordered the cinnamon sticks and they weren't bad! The workers are very kind as well.
Food was good, nice selection of both American and Mexican, nice selection of drinks. We had the house margarita and it was good. I would go back again if I was in the area.

We sat in here for over 15 minutes and was not even greeted. My server was not with it at all. 10 minutes after ordering our drinks they finally showed up and it was incorrect. 17minutes after I got my drink, she finally brought my beer and it was already sweating from waiting on the bar for so long. The food was horrible, no flavor at all! Even the sauces had no flavor. The food was not warm. I couldn’t even eat half of it. The cheese pizza had more grease than any pepperoni pizza I have ever seen. I will not be back and for your sake I hope you choose any other place in this town. The worst fast food place beats this crap that they call food. This was a horrible experience and if I could give negative stars I would. The owner of this place should be ashamed.

It was very okay. Cute little diner and souvenir shop. Got to get out of the van and have a sit down meal. Great fries! The fried chicken sandwich was okay. The chicken club was a chicken breast, we were expecting sliced chicken. Not a big deal. The buffalo chicken salad was tasty.
