I stood at counter almost 10 minutes while all your cooks took a break 20 minutes for blackened chicken 5 PC more like 4 PC with 2 little PC the guys all looked stoned I was a chef and cooked and ran restaurants for over 35 years you have a bunch of lazy workers one more thing I've been there several times in the past few weeks the nite crew extremely dissapointed what bothers me even more your front of the house employees the girls nobody ever smiles and makes customers feel welcome sad to see a business run this way customers deserve better service 15.00 for a 20 minute wait and poor customer service close your doors where all better off without you you don't deserve a quality rateing from anyone thanks for the garbage service and poor portions for the money apparently the owners don't care about this business my hard earned money for b.s. like this

While traveling I stopped for fuel at the TA truck stop and they had a Popeyes. The girl behind the counter was very disinterested in my order she spent more time on her phone and when I asked her for a drink carrier she said they had none. As I was leaving the manager stopped me and asked if I wanted a drink carrier because my hands were quite full with food and drink I advised him they did not have a drink carrier and he said yes they did. I asked them then why did the girl behind the counter tell me you didn't have them. He told me that she didn't like me that's why. I hope you take this into consideration when stopping at a Popeyes the management there doesn't support their customers and their customer staff is quite lazy.

The worker argued with my husband about a special clearly offered in the app for in store or in app purchase, rang up the wrong combo, and overcharged him. He paid $12 and got 2 pieces of chicken, a tiny scoop of potatoes, and a biscuit.

We got 2 tender combo meals via the app. The tenders were dry and rubbery. The fries were cold n icky. The biscuits were yummy. Most of the soda options were out.
Staff did not understand questions about lemonade.....
Weird.
The only positive to our visit was ordering through the app, allowing us to jump the line, which was long.
This place is way overpriced for what they are providing for food.

Lady couldn’t stay off her phone and get my order right. It’s ridiculous as someone who is traveling. And the corporate lady named Jessica and the most unpleasant person to speak with. It’s franchise owned but nobody knows the owner ? And the management is unable to refund orders. ? If you travel this way, avoid at all cost. From employees smoking in front of the doors, just throw your money on the ground you’ll have better luck.

Ordered a 3 piece combo of chicken. Then was told after paying it was a 15 minute wait. No big deal. Then I get my chicken and one of the pieces was under cooked. Blood was coming out of the chicken. I lost my appetite. I brought that to their attention and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Offered to replace the chicken. I wasn’t interested in that. I wanted a refund, at least for that piece. They refused.

I would never recommend anyone to come here the guy working in back has terrible attitude no one even showed up for work that knows how to work register so the cook refuses to open not his fault I suppose however being a driver when we stop sometimes it’s based upon available food so now I get no meal on my break

Service was pretty lousy, it was at a truck stop, busy but we stood there forever without any kind of acknowledgement & the food was not up to the usual Popeye standards. They were out of all chicken sandwiches! Really? All?

July 11, 2024 at noon, they told us they had no chicken. After we got subway, next door, we saw tenders come out. Apparently they didn’t have “bone-in” chicken but failed to mention that. One of the ladies working at Popeyes made it known that she was happy they had no chicken and didn’t feel like working that day.

Then a bus full of people came in and they announced that they will not serve anyone from the bus. They told me and my wife we can cut in front of all of them because they are refusing their business (for no reason). If I was a manager or DM or anyone who cares about performance, I would be changing put people for those who want to earn a paycheck.

Too pricey for the quality

Supposed to close at 2100 but per employee they updated hours today and now close at 2000 but then another worker chimed in correcting them saying they were just short staffed but had three employees behind the counter. I understand coming in close to close but just because a crew wants to go home early doesn’t mean you should close early.
