I would give zero stars if I could stopped in here at 9:15 to order a sandwich. There were two girls behind the counter. One was already making sandwiches for a customer and the other one was just dancing around the 1 making the sandwiches told her to see what I want but she did not listen to her. She came out from behind the counter to the dining area and just started looking around doing nothing. I stood there for about 15 minutes without being served so I took my money someplace else where there’s better service better communication, and to the management, you guys gotta do better than this. These employees are ridiculous.

I would give zero reviews to this place because their employees are unprofessional . They made fun of me when I tried to ask for Options of veggies . They tried to make fun of my English as I have an accent . I felt they were bieng racist towards me . Their employee Nees was very rude and no sense of customer service. I would ask their management to teach their employees professionalism and customer service

We visited this Subway Location which inside a petrol station in Santa Rosa, it was a good experience for us, we were able to refuel both our car and our bodies, easy to park here, easy to get back on the road
the food was just like any other subway, which is exactly what we were looking for 😊 🥪

Everything was good but staff was soo rude i asked them to cut tomatoes in half and they were so rude
I walk up to the counter after the 7 family members got what they wanted to order. I walked up and started to order a subway club no ham replace with roast beef. The employee looked at what I would guess was a super visor and repeated my order. The manager said we don't customize the order I said that was bullshit. I hate ham the manager look at me and said you can leave. So we went to silver moon Cafe prices was comparable to subway better food and service so thank you for the terrible service.

There's was a crowd and they still got me a sandwich within several minutes. The tuna was good. Kaitlyn was one of the best sandwich artists I've experienced in a long time. <3

The employee was a lady and totally rude person the cabinets of the meat and cheese section was closed i requested to open so that i can see what options i have she straight away told me no very rudely. They don’t know how to serve customers . Coming back to the food it was so gross and not at all fresh my stomach got bad . No at all recommended

Bad experience I got there at 7:06 the lady told me sir, we open at this time she pointed at the sign with the clock and Vicky said we open in ten minutes,but the clock says, open at 7:00 , then I said I'll wait she looked at me unhappy and just left to the back, and I waited for 10 more minutes Until the nice guy came from the back and help me out he's name is john
