We visited this Subway Location which inside a petrol station in Santa Rosa, it was a good experience for us, we were able to refuel both our car and our bodies, easy to park here, easy to get back on the road
the food was just like any other subway, which is exactly what we were looking for 😊 🥪

I walk up to the counter after the 7 family members got what they wanted to order. I walked up and started to order a subway club no ham replace with roast beef. The employee looked at what I would guess was a super visor and repeated my order. The manager said we don't customize the order I said that was bullshit. I hate ham the manager look at me and said you can leave. So we went to silver moon Cafe prices was comparable to subway better food and service so thank you for the terrible service.

There's was a crowd and they still got me a sandwich within several minutes. The tuna was good. Kaitlyn was one of the best sandwich artists I've experienced in a long time. <3

Worst subway in my life . The employee was a lady and totally rude person the cabinets of the meat and cheese section was closed i requested to open so that i can see what options i have she straight away told me no very rudely. They don’t know how to serve customers . Coming back to the food it was so gross and not at all fresh my stomach got bad . No at all recommended

Bad experience I got there at 7:06 the lady told me sir, we open at this time she pointed at the sign with the clock and Vicky said we open in ten minutes,but the clock says, open at 7:00 , then I said I'll wait she looked at me unhappy and just left to the back, and I waited for 10 more minutes Until the nice guy came from the back and help me out he's name is john

This as the worst subway I have ever experienced. The bread was not cooked and when I asked for a loaf that was one of the employees said they all were like that as I saw darker bread. He gave me an attitude for the rest of my submaking. When I got back on the highway there was a hair in my sub. 10/10 do not recommend.

What has happened at this Subway? I used to Love this location. Workers do okay but don't seem " into it" anymore. Something has changed and it's not good.

Ordered chicken teriyaki footlong , price mentioned on menu was 8.99$ . When time to pay i was told its now 11.99$ plus tax . Atleast let customers know before making order , its 3$ difference , matters to me . Be careful before ordering ??
