Today 4/21/24 ) I go there and ask the girl what time you guys close she said we are closed at nine but when I go back around 8:05 PM, she said we are closed because the manager said & the stupid manager have a lot of bad attitude. They don’t know how to customer satisfaction. 8.05 pm at night and they closed. Truckers after along day hopefully going get something to eat and nope we're closed. Shame on you Guys? behavior like you run your own business. If you don’t like the job then better you can stay home.????

On 16 March 2024, Saturday, at 1330-1340 hrs.Three of your workers were bantering about, cussing, and talked down to customers, as if they were better. Not even a thanks for patronising your establishment. I understand the pressure of a queue, but they've got to do better and act professional. It makes the local population, which these employees are drawn from, appear UNCOUTH and no better than a PEASANT.IF YOU CAN'T ACT RIGHT IN A JOB, RESIGN. NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH YOUR ATTITUDE.Let's all stop patronising this dump. The franchise owner isn't doing a damn thing about this baloney, based on the horrible reviews. Then they can't pay the TA RENTAL SPACE. EQUALS NO JOBS FOR THESE PUNKS.

Worst subway I have ever been to a sandwich with just pepperoni, bacon, onion and cheese was $20 and bread was Rock hard couldn't even eat it hardly any cheese or onions and like 6 pieces of pepperoni and four pieces of bacon. Don't waste your money find another truck stop. Wish I could give zero stars.

I had thought that there was an actual subway in Santa Rosa and I was pleasantly surprised that "Subway" is a sandwich shop. Very good variety and friendly service.
