Got stuck here as a truck driver. SUBWAY was open,Restaurant closed and truck stop short staffed because of bad snow storm, but those who where here have been great.
Day 2: SUBWAY and restaurant was open with limited breakfast menu and some of the truck stop staff had come back in early. Great little place but the cars are all gone as it is now a TA.
Thank you to all of the staff as we have endured through this storm.
They need to have their customers move away from the gas pumps after they have filled up. Other places have signs that tell them to move.
Another travel stop that I visit on my way to the west coast.
So sad to see both Russel’s Truck Stops gone. TA has destroyed a piece of America.
Came here to take a shower, went into the restroom, toilet broken down another toilet is broken. Sink is real filthy not too quality.. other than that good customer service everywhere else was pretty clean, but the bathrooms.
Restaurant is not good. Service is horrible. Appetizer didn't come until we were done with our meal.
They don't have any hot food inside of the travel store the restaurant is okay A little overpriced with the food is good
You guys need to have working restrooms. Out of order, broken, dirty. Toilets broken, one urinal works, one commode works, other restrooms closed. One sink of three works. Soap dispensers are glitchy. Hand dryers don’t work. Don’t have good local snacks and jerky anymore. Restaurant is still good. I have been coming here a long time. Ever since the new ownership took over it has been in steady decline.
Worst restaurant I’ve been to in years. Ordered 4 kids chicken fingers and fries and the enchiladas for myself. Waited for 50 minutes while fighting off flies for the kids to get one piece of sketchy looking chicken. My enchiladas came out 5 minutes later. I had two bites and left the rest. High prices. Terrible food. Bad service. Booooo

The food here is great and the staff seem really nice. Unfortunately the bathrooms leave a little to be desired and all of the cars that were once here are gone. Still not a bad spot to stop at
Stopped to fill up and use the bathroom. The bathroom was clean.I grabbed a coffee, and they were super nice. I have eaten there before, but not this time.
