Stopped here for lunch on our way to Red River. I had beef tacos and my better half had the chicken tacos. We received our food quickly. Beef tacos were great and the chicken tacos were a little bland. The experience was all in all pretty good. Not too many options in this town. Seen a couple restaurants that were permanently closed. We were hungry on our way home to Denver and happened upon Elidas by sheer luck. We were very pleased with our meals and the service provided was exceptional. The whole beans are a must try. If you find yourself near Springer, eat at Elidas! You won’t be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Food is very customizable

A really adorable small town cafe that serves great breakfasts. We were too early for lunch but the menu looked good. SW style cuisine with homemade red sauce (didn’t try the green). A nice contribution for such a small town!
