I really appreciate Zayra's for their honest homemade food. The carne asada tortas was perfect, fries are on point and the side of refried beans where simple and creamy. My partner was very happy with the chicken flautas.Thank you Zayra's for being so nice and feeding us real food!

We were working in Springar and had the chance to eat at this delicious restaurant. Zayra's has the most kind and friendly staff. The food was amazing in this cozy restaurant !!! We came back the following day for breakfast and were not disappointed. I highly recommend stopping here if you have the chance!

I got what had to have been the most boring thing on the menu, and it was not boring; the hamburger steak.(grain free without a big modification to the other dishes. )The steak was well seasoned, it's a green chili's and onions on top were excellent. The staff was super friendly. The place was nice and clean.

It was a long ride to Denver from Albuquerque while we were out there on vacation and we accidentally stumbled on this place. The food was awesome and the value was amazing, tons of food with a great price. The staff was so pleasant and efficient and the place was absolutely spotless. Wish we lived closer!

If you’ve been around long enough to know when this place was Minnie’s Dairy Delite, then you know the little town of Springer is really missing something great. Save yourself the the stop and go north a few miles to Russel’s.
