Corralito Steak House Casino Sunland Park

How could you let me reserve a table here lol. It's at the casino and I guess they don't actually do reservations. There was some event going on and we were confused. I even asked the lady at the counter where we were supposed to sit and she had no idea what was going on. Take this place off your page please. You'll waste someone else's time.

I understand the up sale of the valentines experience but to have to hostes skip reservations to sale the experience was nonsense

reeked of cigarettes even in the restaurant, booked a reservation at 4:45pm and was seated at 6:00pm, when asked if i can substitute my sirloin for a ribeye but pay full price or any additional costs for the substitution, i was denied and told they wouldn't be able to accommodate putting a different meat on my plate at Mexican steakhouse. after being told that, i decided to leave and eat elsewhere. waiting over an hour to be seated for a reservation i put my card down for, and then being told they cant put a different piece of meat on my plate despite paying for it, was enough for me to never come back to this location. Zaragoza location has the best service and always makes my accommodations BUT DO NOT COME HERE.

No one attended us for a while. We were just told to take a table and it took a while for someone to attend us. Food was ok.

Steph was amazing! Very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our visit. The service was fast, and they had a great attitude the entire time. Definitely made our experience better. Highly recommend!

We love every time we come here. service is awesome Hector(manager , Nick, Melissa, Marissa ,Carlos and everyone else is so awesome. We have never had any issues. Is always a great place to escape too. Food is always great. They did an awesome service for my dad’s 75 birthday celebration and I am very grateful for. Thank you Corralitos @ sunland park. We love you guys.

Corralitos is known for their good food and good service. Today at the Casino location, well the food and service was very subpar was well below what I have experienced at other Corralito location’s. The service was extremely slow. When I say slow that’s not an exaggeration. When the food finally arrived after a very, very long wait. It was cold. I also had asked for more water 4 times and some more chips from the server and even from the manager. It never arrived. The server was inexperienced and did not pay attention to his tables. The manager liked to talk to his bar tender a little too much! People kept trying to get his and the servers attention. They never turned around. The food, although cold did taste good. I wasn’t about to send my plate back because of the initial wait. I wasn’t waiting another 50 minutes for my plate to be heated. I won’t be going back to this location. I could understand if the restaurant was full. But it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the restaurant also reeks of cigarette smoke which is coming from next door from the Casino. Visit the other locations for a better overall experience.

Nick was amazing. Gave me many options and answered all my questions so I felt welcome to try drinks I’m usually nervous to ask about. Very welcoming, I wish there was bartender like Nick everywhere I went.
