“The workers are always so nice and friendly! I always feel very welcomed and appreciated. The quality of the smoothies is excellent, the facility is always clean, and the service is always fast and efficient. The rewards system is great and gives you a lot of discounts when you download the app! But the kindness, positive attitudes, and great customer service from the employees is the main reason I keep going back!“

“I ordered at the wrong location and didn’t expect to still be given my order. However the manager at this location made sure I did. He called the location I ordered from and told them of my mistake and made my bowl on the spot and I was even on time for work. Thank you for providing great service and being so friendly regardless of my mistake. It’s appreciated!!“

“Very excited the Umami concept has moved closer to the upper valley .
The location is kind of weird but we always get take out and they package everything so well that it doesn’t lose much by taking out . All the Ramens are excellent, the traditional Chinese food(orange chicken and dumplings are not as good) the fried rice is excellent
Can’t go wrong with Ramen
