Had a great time at Sunland Park Racetrack. Good mix of Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred races. The volume of announcer outside could be a little louder. The food was awesome, try the nachos but make sure you have someone to share them with they are huge! The view of the mountains with the waterfall in the foreground is a perfect photo op!

Our service was good but the food was elderly. For $40 we had 3 glasses of wine-good; ancient chips , good salsa and funny guacamole. Not on our recommended list

Bottom of the barrel wait staff and management. They won't let you sit by the windows to watch the horses even though there are 6 empty tables by the windows. They say that the section is closed because they are short wait staff. More because a they are lazy and don't want to clean it. Low class buffet.

Don't waste any money there, just go to whatever king and you will have a better meal.Trust me. I tried and it is expensive for nothing. Actually they should close that place along with the casino.

Went there yesterday. Ordered Tacos de La Casa, just good, not like the other times. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed the cook behind the counter was filling her mouth with food. All the while, wearing the same rubber gloves that she was wearing while preparing our food. YUK!!! Won't be back.

We're there practically every weekend, the food is always good. The service on the other hand is pretty bad. From very slow waiters to the cashier, with the high voice, who can't count. As long as you don't need a second refill, you'll be good!
