You can't come to Texas and not eat a steak. Our waiter Erick was absolutely amazing. He gave us the perfect recommendations. I had the ribeye, which was cooked to a perfect, medium rare as god intended- if you eat your meat well-done, then you're a pagan and unworthy of the joy of putting meat in your mouth.
