Had a steak and fish option on the menu. By 6:30 PM they ran out of fish. Also the menu said New York strip steak and it became a ribeye. Ran out of regular a burger only had smash burger.

An off night for 192. They apparently were short of staff; we were seated at our favorite table promptly but no one had been assigned to that table. We waited 15 minutes before someone finally took notice that we were being ignored. The menu was not as robust and enticing as last summer, and for desert the only offerings were scoops of vanilla gelato or sorbet. Perhaps management was waiting to introduce the new summer menu beginning with the long July 4 holiday, but last night's experience was several notches below what we had become accustomed to last summer and winter.

We had a great time at 192 at The Blake restaurant! Our server Will was fun, helpful and excellent! The food delicious dinner and breakfast. All the staff from host, servers, bartenders were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Really solid mountain-side hotel dining. Don't expect fine dining, but do expect a warm environment with good cocktails, wine and food. Highly recommend the Caesar if you're good with Brussels sprouts and the stracciatella starter. Kids loved the pizzas.

Had a fantastic dinner at 192 in the Blake last weekend. After a good dinner, we were surprised that the best part of the entire meal was the desserts. Oh my! What an experience!
I had the most delicious salmon ever! I would come back just to have it again. Awesome experience and fabulous wine list and cocktails.

We ate here twice on our recent visit to Taos (Feb 2025). The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional! The Sunshine Daydream Pizza, the burger, and the Hummus were all excellent. Will definitely go back!

Wait staff was nice enough but not well trained in customer care preferences. He had too many tables to handle effectively.

Great ambiance, had a very strange waiter who did not know about the menu and lacked awareness. Asked us if we were ready to order directly upon seating us, got the order wrong, and later on poured wine directly from one wine glass into another at the table. Was very odd. The food was pretty good and great atmosphere so I'm hoping the service was an isolated event.

What a GREAT evening! We weren't sure what to expect as there aren't a lot of dinner offerings on the mountain property.  But to our delight, our experience has been amazing at the 192 and the Blake. The people are warm and very helpful with zero pretentiousness.  Our dinner with FOX and Hannah as our stewards for dinner and the bar afterwards was very enjoyable and relaxing! We are very impressed with the 192 team and all of the Blake team members we've met. These are people that like what they do and enjoy being here...and it shows. Thank you Team 192.
