With the talented Cristina Martinez at the helm, this is one of the best restaurants in northern New Mexico. Do not miss the Ash Crusted Tuna Aguachile, both delicious and beautifully presented or the Hatch Chile Relleno, just bursting with New Mexico flavor. Be sure and save room for the S'More, sinfully good and a visual delight! The staff is lovely and efficient and the setting is quiet, comfortable and elegant.
The food was good and there were many things I could have ordered. The issue was service: too slow at the beginning and too fast later. They actually brought our salads and entrees at the same time! We sent the entrees back. When they brought them back I was just finishing my salad.
Overall, the dining experience was okay. We had an older gentleman (restaurant waiter) for dinner Friday night who was great! The bar wait staff on Saturday was VERRRY slow and overall not great (people were complaining and walking out) We were not in a rush, so it was not a huge deal for us. The brunch food was good, service was mediocre at best, just meh.
The food and the service were outstanding! My lamb chops were so tender and delicious. The skillet cornbread was crispy paired with a savory butter. Our dessert was a fabulous take on a s'more....molten cake with a swirl of toasted marshmallow. Highly recommend!

Theh food was mediocre and overpriced. I had the lamb rack, which was well-prepared but a bit fatty. The accompaniments (carrots-undercooked; kale-uninspiring) were a disappointment as well. Charcuterie board was also so-so.
Excellent service. Good food and drinks to spend time with the family

Paul at Anaconda Bar is a such a gem! His passion for spirits shines through in every drink he crafts. We were amazed by his creativity – he whipped up some unique concoctions that were absolutely delicious. Visiting Anaconda Bar with Paul behind the bar was a highlight of our night out. Looking forward to returning for more of Paul’s expertly mixed drinks and his warm hospitality!

Very nice upscale atmosphere, fine dining. I had the Chili Rellano, best I ever had and my girlfriend had the pork chop which she did enjoy. I recommend this restaurant for a date night.
Very cool bar scene with Great food served in bar or restaurant. Best whiskey sour in NM, and the apps are fantastic

The food was quite good, the space impressive, and the wine list limited but interesting. A German pinot noir that was very decent! The service, alas, became less attentive as the evening wore on. After the salad, I ordered a second glass of pinot that had not arrived by the time I'd finished the entré, and I canceled it; it showed up on the bill but was comped. I don't often eat in Taos, and don't know how the experience compares.
Our experience was very positive. The shared cornbread starter was excellent, more like corn-cake than the corn-bricks we get on the East Coast. They must add some baking powder to get more rise. My wife enjoyed her beet salad, and I liked the Mediterranean salad, which was a dense bowl of all the usual suspects, with an ample dollop of tabouli. Our main courses were very good. My wife's duck breast was overdone, but the medley of vegetables were deliciously caramelized. My chili rellenos were excellent. Service was attentive and skilled. All in all a good experience in a relaxing spa-atmosphere of subdued lighting and subtle background music.
We stayed at the resort for our anniversary. The restaurant was nice, we were quickly seated for our reservation. The food was nicely prepared and service was timely. It made our special evening very nice. Would dine here again.
