“The food and drinks were AMAZING!! We went here for our 30th anniversary. I had the Bison Tender Loin which was flavored and cooked to perfection and the carrot puree and broccolini were perfect compliments. The wife had King Salmon and it too was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We started with the Jumbo lump crab cake and was leery about the pimento cheese but after trying it it too as excellent! Wish I knew the Maitre D name but he was very accommodating and helpful. P.S. Make reservations for the dining room even on a Monday!!! The ambiance was phenomenal dining with the apple trees made for a perfect anniversary dinner. If ever in Taos this is a must on your bucket list and I know we will be back.”

“My fiancée took me out to Suchness for my birthday and it was everything everyone’s been raving about! The service was awesome and the food was amazing!! The owner/chef was the only one cooking and the food came out perfectly paced and also cooked to perfection. The servers

“We were in Taos for a trip and were told about Bodega from a local artist. We weren’t incredibly hungry but thought to stop by. I am SO HAPPY we did. We ordered the Bronx sandwich & chicken/waffles special. My only regret is not eating it there so I could tell the owner (Dorthy) how AMAZING the food is. We are from the southeast and it felt like comfort food with the seasoning pallet.”

“Tasty mousse but kinda pricey! We tried chocolate, white chocolate, coffee, and dulce de leche mousse. Sizes are either small or medium, and they will let you put whatever flavors you want in the cup. $8 for the medium.”

“Visiting from Texas I came here after visiting several other restaurants and seeing their super high prices. I found Ricky's out of frustration and I am so glad I did. I got the 5 chicken tacos for $10.95 and oh baby they are most delish in my opinion and the salsa that came with it was a generous amount. The flavor of these tacos and the taco shell was some of the best I've had. Whenever in Taos again, Daddy will definitely be back for more. Thanks Ricky!!”

“I drove almost 1,000 miles from home to get to Taos. I would not stay anywhere else in town. This place is super convenient and clean and the staff is super friendly. Quaint doesn’t begin to sum it up. Awesome bar and lounge. Even live music when I was there. I cannot wait to come back and bring the whole family next time.”

“I recently went to De La Tierra for my 4th or 5th time. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully plated, and the service was very attentive. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was uncomfortable. There was just one other table w a crying infant, and the lighting was so bright! We mentioned it to the server, who agreed, and said there was nothing she could do about it. It definitely impacted the mood, we felt like we were in a bus station. It's such a shame to have such high quality food with premium prices ruined by a lack of attention to ambiance. I will definitely opt eat at the Anaconda bar next time.”

Everything was delicious except for the eggs. They were more like egg crumbles and sure didn’t look like two eggs to me. My wife had breakfast tacos. She loved them! Made me wish I had ordered the tacos.”
