Wow! What amazing experience. Intimate, small restaurant with cool art work and decor.

Suchness in Taos. This is probably the best meal I have had in NM. (I've not been to Nosa.) The flavors were impeccable as was the service. The chef and server are the owners. The creativity was as good as the best I've had in Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas... Worth the drive! We had the Beet and Berry salad, and shrimp sausage appetizers. Suchness is an amazing restaurant! Chef Kevin and Meg are an incredibly talented team. The food was elevated, elegant and delicious. Thoughtfully presented and executed solo which is extremely impressive! Meg has curated a fun and interesting wine list which pairs perfectly with the food.
