“We visited the Lounge by Rolling Still Distillery after dinner. The drinks were handcrafted works of art that were beyond delicious. The staff are incredibly talented, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a must visit.“

“The food and drinks were AMAZING!! We went here for our 30th anniversary. I had the Bison Tender Loin which was flavored and cooked to perfection and the carrot puree and broccolini were perfect compliments. The wife had King Salmon and it too was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We started with the Jumbo lump crab cake and was leery about the pimento cheese but after trying it it too as excellent! Wish I knew the Maitre D name but he was very accommodating and helpful. P.S. Make reservations for the dining room even on a Monday!!! The ambiance was phenomenal dining with the apple trees made for a perfect anniversary dinner. If ever in Taos this is a must on your bucket list and I know we will be back.“

“We loved everything we tried at De La Tierra. In the restaurant they allow you to order from the restaurant or bar menu. Both have a great selection. Fair warning the portions are HUGE!!! All of us should have split. As a party of five we tried a lot of things on the menu. The mushroom toast appetizer was delicious and the lobster kimchi risotto although pricey was very creative. The bar drinks were all great and equally creative. For entrees we tried the salmon, steak frites, chicken schnitzel (this is big enough for 3 almost, and a Ruben with a side salad. Absolutely everything was stellar and we all took home a box. The salmon was a huge portion and cooked perfectly medium rare as well was the steak frites. The chicken schnitzel was super crispy on a bed on the most amazing mashed potatoes I've tasted in a long time. The Ruben was excellent but the creamy herb dressing on my side salad was described as an herb ranch. I loved it. It was very herby and creamy something I would recreate for my daily salads. We all had the lavender cream brûlée for dessert and there was not a drop left. Service was very attentive all the way around. We will definitely be back.“

“Excellent service! It was Jerome's second working behind the bar and he took such good care of us. Above and beyond on the arrive. Thanks, Jerome!
Food was good, but a limited menu if you arrive at 1pm. Only the bar menu was available.
The atmosphere, seating inside is beautiful. The patio is bright and inviting.“
“I had a small house salad. It was huge! and so good. The greens were fresh, crisp, and not bitter. The wings were perfect. The seasoning was outstanding. Not so overwhelming to hide the taste of the chicken. Five stars!“

“This is my 100% favorite place in Taos. The gorgeless veggie burger is to die for. House made and delicious. I travel from Denver several times a year just to eat here. 10/10“

“I recently went to De La Tierra for my 4th or 5th time. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully plated, and the service was very attentive. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was uncomfortable. There was just one other table w a crying infant, and the lighting was so bright! We mentioned it to the server, who agreed, and said there was nothing she could do about it. It definitely impacted the mood, we felt like we were in a bus station. It's such a shame to have such high quality food with premium prices ruined by a lack of attention to ambiance. I will definitely opt eat at the Anaconda bar next time.“
