I’ve heard the Adobe Bar referred to as Taos’ living room. I can see that reference. Fun place to meet tourist and locals. Service was average at best. We each had the enchiladas (chicken and beef), they were fine, a little flat in flavor but ok, red chili saved it, having the heat you’d expect!
I wouldn’t not go there if someone wanted to go but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there either.
