A dining room fit for royalty I discovered this resort and restaurant through Chatgpt and was not disappointed. This is one of the most beautiful dining rooms I've seen in a long time. The food and service were excellent. The highlights of our meal included the green chilie bread and the s'mores volcano--it looks like a Baked Alaska but instead of meringue, the toasted topping is marshmallow with chocolate cake, graham crackers, and hazelnut ice cream inside.
Omg The wife and I both got the French toast and it was out of this world. It was moist not dry with a great taste.

The Anaconda Bar offers a positive dining experience in a relaxing atmosphere with subdued lighting and subtle background music. Customers have recently praised the beautiful outdoor patio and the excellent food, including brussels sprouts, chile relleno, Chicken Club Sandwich, and the chef's special sea bass over forbidden rice. The bar dining area, with its tropical plants, also provides a quiet and private setting. The glazed salmon was tasty, although a bit overcooked. The tacos on Taco Tuesday are a must-try, and the prickly pear margarita is a popular choice.
