“A dining room fit for royalty I discovered this resort and restaurant through Chatgpt and was not disappointed. This is one of the most beautiful dining rooms I've seen in a long time. The food and service were excellent. The highlights of our meal included the green chilie bread and the s'mores volcano--it looks like a Baked Alaska but instead of meringue, the toasted topping is marshmallow with chocolate cake, graham crackers, and hazelnut ice cream inside.“

“I was staying across the street and saw the food pics online and decided to give the Sagebrush Grill a try. I arrived around 4:30 and had my pick of tables. I ordered the Sagebrush Chicken and it arrived about 15 minutes later. Everything on my plate was delicious. The chicken was perfectly grilled and well seasoned. But I think the vegetables were the standout. A mixture of squash and peppers, they were also well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I could have eaten just a plate of the veggies and been perfectly happy.
I feel value offered here is outstanding. No doubt I will eat here again before I leave Taos.“
