Just brought a group of 8 for dinner…everything was amazing, from the onion rings, zucchini sticks, elk meat in the combo plate and the chokecherry lemonade! We will all be back!!

Tiwa Kitchen is an indigenous-owned restaurant located within the Taos Pueblo sovereignty. It is a special place serving authentic, Native American inspired dishes. The experience of eating there is delightful and fantastic.
The food is authentic, local, and rich in tradition. Frybread is a specialty, including regular, blue corn, and versions like the frybread burger combo, frybread pizza, frybread tacos, and stuffed frybread. Blue corn tortillas and outdoor oven baked buns are also amazing. Other noted items include zucchini fingers. For drinks, the Indian tea is refreshing, and they offer chokecherry lemonade and chokecherry sprites, often made with chokecherries they pick themselves.
The service is fast and the staff is really nice. It is a meaningful way to experience authentic Native cuisine and culture. Visitors highly recommend it and many plan to return to try more menu items.
