Orlando's is a must-visit restaurant in Taos, serving some of the best New Mexican cuisine. The chile relleno is a standout dish, with minimal batter and plenty of cheese. The staff is always hardworking and pleasant, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's ambiance is authentic and colorful, with cheerful multi-colored umbrellas outside and a lively kitchen counter inside. Prices are surprisingly affordable, and the red chili is a highlight. Note that Orlando's is first come, first served, and only serves beer and wine, including a unique white wine "margarita." Overall, Orlando's is a fantastic spot that is not to be missed.
