Gutiz is the home of the best eggs benedict I have ever had in my life. I think about their egg's benny at least once a month (it's been 3 years) and can't wait to come back and eat it every single day I'm in Taos. Their dirty chai is also incredible. 10/10 no
Apparently arriving soon after the hoards, we found Gutiz out of Honey Lavender Tea and Desert Pear Lemonade, while my Green Chile Sausage Bowl made its appearance bathed in delicious RED Chile Sauce. Charming and tasty, despite it all.
