While to coffee , atmosphere, host and service was excellent the food had a lot to be desire. We only had breakfast twice. The malt Waffles with berries had weird flavors. I love malt and was hoping the waffles would be so good. Also had the Huevos rancheros. Needed some help. Bland and needed seasoning. All in all, just barely ok.
One good note, the pistachio butter pancakes were pretty good.

Brittany and Ray are the best. Brittany is an amazing person that really takes care of your every need and Ray makes the best smothered green chili burrito, delicious. Can't wait to return and enjoy there company again. Thanks

Based on the reviews, Mirabal Café & Millicent's Lounge offers breakfast with simple selections and something for everyone. The food can be well seasoned with excellent presentation, with specific meals like Breakfast enchiladas with green chili, Huevos Rancheros, fried cornbread, omelets, potatoes, burrito, and french toast being great. Service is good and excellent, starting slow but finishing wonderfully. However, some find the food Taos standard-mediocre, with flavorless chicken and greasy tacos that are overpriced. The staff is sweet, helpful, kind, and personable. The restaurant is never too busy and has a great kids menu.
