Haven't had Baskin Robbins in forever but being in Taos we didn't have a choice. Well it was on point. I did the German Chocolate Cake and it was on point. Wife, the pumpkin spice on a cone and she was silent the whole time. Yeah ... she was into it. Well there you have it. BK and it's 31 flavors reign supreme. Go 4 it!

My husband and I went tonight because we are passing through for work. We decided to get a sweet treat for dessert and went through the drive through. We ordered two brownie sundaes one with chocolate chip cookie dough and one with chocolate ice cream. We only wanted whipped cream on top with caramel drizzle on the cookie dough and hot fudge on the chocolate as well as no nuts for either. We get to the window and the lady takes our card saying $6 something before rushing off. Obviously wrong, so when she get back I tell her that’s wrong before she runs off again. And before I can say anything else she snaps okay you don’t have to be rude. She barely listens as I tell her the order then charges our card for another. A minute later a different person comes back asking for full payment. This person was understanding and left to finish our order. When we got our order I try to explain I wasn’t trying to be rude to the first young woman but she only rolled her eyes at me. Turns out one sundae did not get the caramel drizzle and they put nuts on the chocolate Sunday. I called asked for a manager but was told I was talking to the manager when it sounded like the young woman that accused me of being rude. After that realization I just explained I wasn’t being rude and they had an employee snapping at customers. I did not want to go back to get it fixed if it meant dealing with that young woman again.
