The gravlox was amazing! The salmon portion was generous, and the other items really complimented it. My husbands waffles were great, too!

Pam and The Bread Club went above and beyond to cater our day-after wedding breakfast for 40 guests on short notice — everything was delicious, from sweet and savory pastries to hot coffee. The setup, service, and even a special breakfast for the bride and groom made it unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The Jamaican Beef Hand Pie was absolutely terrific - a highly spiced curry filling with gentle warmth. I can't post a photo, because I ate it all before I thought of that!

We shared the Biscuits and Gravy and the Croque Madam and both were amazing! We had a Chocolate Cornetti for an appetizer, also amazing. A very charming atmosphere, as well. Excellent dining experience.

This place is a gem! Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was great! They elevated the humble BLT and my husband loved the tacos he got. For pastries I was pleasantly surprised by the gochujang chocolate chip cookie! Who knew those two would work so well.
Hope to stop by again in the future!

Bread Cloud in Taos is a fine place, honest and true. The sourdough, crusty and warm, speaks of old ways, of flour milled with care. Pastries, delicate yet bold, hold flavors that linger like a good story. The air hums with coffee and quiet talk, the staff steady as they move. You eat, you sit, you feel the morning settle right. Five stars for truth in bread.

Food just wasn't good. The gallete that I tried was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast burrito was just ok. We told the server that the gallete wasn't good and he just said ok they're new. Didn't offer anything else. I had one bite and couldn't eat anymore. I almost spit that bite out.
