Stopped in for a breakfast burrito one morning after driving by several times while in town for work. Ladies working the trailer were very polite and there were several people coming and going that had called in orders. I tried the the sausage burrito with eggs, green Chile, and hash browns. Burrito was a good size and on the cheap. Very tasty but my only complaint was that it could have used a bit of salt to bring out a few more flavors. Would stop in again in the future.

We were interested in a light lunch without much fan fare. Driving south from Taos, we found Taos Chicharron Burrito. This is basically a food truck that's been permanently established by the side of the main road to Taos. We parked in the small parking lot and ordered at the window. Very nice order taker.
