Its so sad when business cant accommodate people in this half horse town . Putting people off because you can only handle one order at a time is so taos . So last placed state . Its okay I have been to lots of towns where they can accommodate people when they are busy even. The best of taos is mediocre at best

We stopped in Taos for 1 night on vacation from Scotland, thought we'd have a pizza and domino's seemed the logical choice as we use it back home. The shop was empty, we ordered a hawaiin pizza, and was told it would take over an hour as they were busy ?? We headed for Challup's, 15 /20 mins later we had an excellent pizza, served by a young girl who even smiled (unlike domino's). If you're in Taos, I'd definitely recommend using Challup's.

Quick service and exceptional pizza. Stayed in Taos for a month and went to a bunch of incredible places, but this was the one place we returned to multiple times because they have the best gluten-free pizza in Taos, without a doubt. Absolutely delicious. Most of the time I'd only have half a pizza left by the time I got home because I'd be munching on the drive home. That's my only complaint is that I wish the gluten-free pizza was available in a larger size.

I called in a supreme large pizza order, picked it up and went home. When I opened the pizza box my pizza was burned and there were hardly any toppings on it.

I have come here a few times and had a decent experience. I am a repeat customer that has never had any complaints. Today, the pizza was wet and soggy. It was awful and all we could eat was the crust. When I called, the girl at the counter said they would make another pizza. When I arrived, the owner refused to speak to me and refused to refund my money or make another pizza. He was super rude. This was the worst pizza and worst customer service I’ve ever had. If the owner continues to treat locals this way he will be out of business soon. I don’t have money to waste$25 on a soggy pizza and pay for a second one.
