What a special gem just off the Taos plaza! We bought several bars that we loved, but most of all the mousse bar was our favorite! We came back every day of our visit to get a new flavor. The servings are small, but they are so rich and flavorful, you're more than satisfied. Just delicious.

I got an affogato with mousse instead of ice cream. I absolutely loved it! My friends got a vegan chocolate cake and mousse. All of them were Delicious!

My visit to Chokola made my afternoon. The guy working the counter was really helpful and friendly and informative. The vegan chocolate cake was just the afternoon treat I needed...and the goat cheese truffle. I took home their goat cheese chocolate bar. Thanks so much for the suggestion and thanks for creating such delicious chocolate.

Came in for the mocha (not super impressed unfortunately, as you can see in the picture it's straight chocolate on the bottom and you can't mix it with the paper straw given). But they get 1 star for the horrible health code violation we observed. The woman cutting the chocolate had her 4-5 year old at the work surface with her who was clearly sick, and we observed the child cough on all of the chocolate several times. I'm really horrified that she would let her child cough all over the food and possibly infect countless people. Viral illnesses can kill children, elderly, and immunocompromised and it is just so inappropriate to put so many people at risk. Honestly the health inspector should be called on them.
