We loved the relaxed and quiet ambience of this place – like a comfortable dining room. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The menu was creative and the food delicious. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."

A wonderful meal in a fantastic setting. The menu is diverse with options for just about any palate.

Gorgeous restaurant setting in this beautiful resort. The cocktails were tasty; the wine list was good. Very helpful and courteous staff. The food was delicious. The green chile cheddar biscuits are to die for. I would come for the biscuits alone.

Good not great food. Service is slow. It took 20 minutes to get a drink order from the adjacent bar. It wasn't too busy there. Our server was nice but disappeared for a while. Mains arrived before a wine order so we went without. Training needed here.

Food was so-so...the best thing was my drink. Salad was good, but the pricey entree was not worth it.

Unfortunately we never got to try the food because after being seated by the hostess, who did not seem to know what she was doing, no server ever came by our table. After waiting about ten minutes we left and had an amazing meal at one of the actual restaurants in town. We couldn’t even find anyone at this place seemingly in charge to complain to. The staffing seemed like a bunch of kids got together to “play” restaurant.

Excellent service. Delicious beef tenderloin...savory and sumptuous. An excellent choice for an extraordinary evening.

If you enjoy exploring new and appetizing flavors, this place will not disappoint you. We ordered glazed carrots, Brussel Sprouts and Salmon. Absolutely delicious! The ambience was peaceful and friendly.

Beautiful resort and food was outstanding! This is my second time to visit and will definitely be on my list anytime we are in Taos!

Food was great but service was slow. Wait staff never checked on us and it took forever to get our meal. Luckily the food was good. The bar was also overwhelmed and took awhile to get our drinks.

It's 9pm on a Saturday night at the nicest hotel in town, not close to town, and the kitchen is closed. Do I need to say anything more. Thanks to Jim the one bartender who cared enough to get us prepackaged snakes. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.

We ate on the patio, outdoors, where it was very beautiful and quiet. Food was uniformly excellent: brussels sprouts, chile relleno and Chicken Club Sandwich (with side salad). Homemade lemonade with seltzer and ginger beer to drink.

Watered down Diet Coke. Food was fine, be it expensive for a breakfast.
