After ordering on the app and paying for food, I got nothing. Since their phones were down and their internet was down, they didn't get the order and didn't give a crap about whether I got my order or not. The stupid app didn't trace my order. App sucks. Store sucks. To be perfectly clear, this was the Taos store.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the service I received at Domino’s recently absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I placed my order I felt genuinely valued as a customer, which is something you don’t experience often anymore.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was not only friendly and professional, but he truly took the time to help me with my order, answer my questions, and ensure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
You can tell Anthony genuinely cares about his work and the customers he serves. That kind of service leaves a lasting impression and makes people want to come back—not just for the food (which was great, by the way!), but for the experience. It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of pride in what they do, and I sincerely appreciate it.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the rest of the staff was friendly and absolutely amazing too But what really stood out was the level of care Anthony put into his customer service. Domino’s is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their team.

Ordered online. Was ready when I arrived. Got home and discovered they had given me the wrong order of pizza. I was so hungry I ate it anyway but someone probably got my pizza. If I order again (I actually hadn’t had Dominos in a couple of years) I will make sure to check my order before leaving the store.

I only gave this place 4 stars for food because they were out of the gf crust and after processing the order like normal online, it was canceled. When I inquired in person, Andrew was awesome! He was apologetic and had such a calm, sweet demeanor. He was very respectful and had great customer service. He utilized the coupon for what I still did need to order and made sure they got my order in right away. His way of handling things made it so my frustration eased. Thank you Andrew!

They are almost always short-handed, but it is a difficult job market to be in, and all the employees work hard to keep pace with the orders. On busy days, order early and give yourself lots of cushion and you'll be fine. Food is consistently well done, price is great. Try the pan pizza, it's great.

Delivery can be hit or miss on whether you get the pizza on time, but pickup has always been good for me. These guys are making pizza for all of Taos, so it’s no surprise that they get backed up on Fridays or Saturdays.
Our order was stuck in “prep” for 40 minutes, we assumed it was an app error. It took us 25 minutes to get someone on the phone, the app said it would take up to 46 minutes to be delivered, after finally reaching someone, they said it was a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous especially during football night.

What made it even more impressive was that it was January 1st, 2025, around 8:00 PM — a time when most people wouldn’t want to be working. Thank you for your dedication and excellent attention, friends at Domino’s!

Placed our order at 630pm we were told that the delivery would take between 30 and 41 mins. After waiting two hours we still had not received our order. We contacted the store several times with no answer. In addition , we reached out to the company and were hung up on . We live in the community and will surely not be returning to this location .
