The food was good and everything was chill. Except for an employee of the name Alex. He was disrespectful to his crew and to customers. He left his crew in a horrible spot. All while having an attitude.

The last two times I've tried to get food here, my pizza and my pasta were incorrect in the same way both times. It seems intentional be ause both orders were the same. My pasta was missing its white sauce and only had pasta, melted cheese and pepperoni. So dry and impossible to eat. And both times I asked for extra sauce on the pizza and recieved almost no sauce whatsoever. The pizza was just crust cheese and pepperoni with near nothing for pizza sauce. I didnt even bother trying to communicate with the people in the store, after the second time it was messed up in the same way I knew it wasnt a mistake but rather done intentionally.

I ordered a simple a large pepperoni pizza and wings online since they don't answer the phones. After going to the store at the time I was told they hadn't started on my order. I had to wait another hour along with around 10 people for orders to be made. No one knew how to make order in order or complete so alot of pizzas were cold before sides were starred. Worst managed store I have ever been to.

Oh man do not trust the online tracker, and being on the store all they did was complain at each other and yell, so unprofessional. Taos is small but a shout out to Chalupps next to Smith go there, so much better, they actually care.

Customer service from management beyond rude does not know how to handle orders under pressure. Waited more than an hour for two pizzas that never even made it to the oven. There was eight workers in there and only three of them seemed to be decent workers.

This place has the rudest employees especially the manager! I ordered online and it said 20 minutes till ready. Went to pick it up and she said do you see your name on the screen…that’s when your order will be ready. Ok fine, left and came back 20 minutes later and our order was still not ready. The manager finally checked me out and handed me $2 for change. My order was not an even amount when I saw it online earlier so I asked for a receipt and she wanted to know why. Another employee (delivery driver- super nice) printed off my receipt. I told the manager she shorted me, and she literally told me it was not a big deal and I didn’t have to be so rude. Then she's asked me if I really wanted my change. I told her yes as it was not hers to keep. I am all about tipping for great customer service, but this was ridiculous and I will never come back to this location again!!!

If you want to have lunch don't buy here seriously it's at the point where you can order 30 minutes before you go on lunch and still sit your whole lunch with no food, it's ridiculous suoursly poor management and crew and all they can say is there's only 2 of them brother I order 30 minutes in advance that's a whole hour no food waiting

After ordering on the app and paying for food, I got nothing. Since their phones were down and their internet was down, they didn't get the order and didn't give a crap about whether I got my order or not. The stupid app didn't trace my order. App sucks. Store sucks. To be perfectly clear, this was the Taos store.

Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Anthony!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the service I received at Domino’s recently absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I placed my order I felt genuinely valued as a customer, which is something you don’t experience often anymore.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was not only friendly and professional, but he truly took the time to help me with my order, answer my questions, and ensure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

You can tell Anthony genuinely cares about his work and the customers he serves. That kind of service leaves a lasting impression and makes people want to come back—not just for the food (which was great, by the way!), but for the experience. It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of pride in what they do, and I sincerely appreciate it.

The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the rest of the staff was friendly and absolutely amazing too But what really stood out was the level of care Anthony put into his customer service. Domino’s is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their team.

Thank you again, Anthony—you’re amazing!
