I think it is great that there is a place for families to go bowling in Taos, however if a person is an experienced bowler, you probably don't want to use these lanes. The lanes are not oiled properly and patrons are allowed to bring food/drinks anywhere in the building so it's possible to step in soda, etc then transfer it onto the approach. I nearly fell onto the lanes while releasing the ball because of the inability to slide due to the house shoes being so dirty from the floors. So, if you're a serious bowler this is not a place for you. But for those of you that just walk up to the foul line, stop, and launch the ball onto the lane and hope it makes it to the pins, this is a fun place to do that!

My family and I went in stood waiting no one would help us pay so we could play. My wife bought an arcade game we finally just left we wanted to bowl. Also we were the only non Caucasian, I guess no brown folks allowed.

We rented out a lane for a ridiculous price. It was 91 dollars for 2 lanes for an hour. They only have two people working here and you pay by time. Our lane took 3 minutes to cycle between each bowler when it was actually functioning, but the standard was it would stop working pretty much every 5 mins so in our entire hour we bowled for about 20 actual minutes. I will never return here again.

Gutters was a completely unique and uplifting sporting experience. We played two games and almost even finished the second one! Disappearing balls, dogs eating small children’s pizza, intermittent butt rock anthems, and a rotting RV parked in the lot at the end of an unpaved road the ancient Romans would have scoffed at. Although Gutters is a strike, I’m no turkey.

Made an appointment and then showed up to no empty lanes. Was told it was a 9 minute wait so we waited at the tables for 45 minutes. Decided to just leave after smoking multiple cigarettes in the bathroom and shaving my pubes in the sink.

My only complaint is that they don’t have their prices on their website. It would be nice to plan a visit knowing how much you’re going to spend before you go. Thank you!

We went here with a group of friends. We had a great time. Friendly people and good beer too! We will definitely go back. Might even join a league!
Party reservation with pizza resulted in no pizza dough, appetizers instead. Ordered burgers to find out half the ingredients were out of stock and 40 minutes to get food. Not very organized but bowling was ok. Lanes getting old and equipment as well.
