We drove to Taos and didn't expect much from this resto because there was only a lone customer when we came in. Boy, oh boy! The food was dee-luscious!!! We had the arrachera quesadilla and the al pastor tacos! Heavenly mexican food! ?
the new owners are really great, and very attentive.
instead of a fully Mexican restaurant as Jalapeños was, it’s more of a diner now, with some Mexican food, which is unfortunate. when Jalapeños was packed full with no tables available, it was because of amazing Mexican food, not for diner food.
please leave the rubbish diner food to Ricky’s. Taos does not need another Ricky’s.

Tacos were great the salsas were excelent... fish and chips was good. Patio was nice. All at a reasonable cost we'll be back to try the birria on an up coming weekend for sure.
