Bought bucket of chicken, worst chicken ever purchased from kfc. Chicken seemed like days old, skin was dry unedible. I called local store to complain, the manager apologized.

I came at 11:15 am but all the doors were locked. There was someone inside, but he gestured to me that they were only taking drive-through orders. (That was my best interpretation of what he meant, since his gesture also came close to a “you’re loco” hand twirl.
What a shame that this chain has sunk so low.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to!! The customer service is poor, the staff is extremely rude, the establishment looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, and when I finally got my food we did not receive half of what we ordered. Would not recommend going to this establishment at all!
I have come here 5 times total in the last few months, and no matter what time of day it is, they always seem to be out of everything except fried chicken. I understand it is a friend chicken fast food joint, though how are they always out of every side, and chicken tenders, and chicken nuggets? How is over half the menu missing all the time. The workers are genuine and try, though it seems management is an issue. Never ordering enough supply. It is a disappointment to come here and I will probably not do it again.
