I love a good food cart/truck/stand! This is one of the best places I've eaten in Taos. Have had the barbacoa and shrimp tacos. Both were exceptional. If you have a day you want a plain ole sandwich and onion rings, well, no worries, that was also exceptionally good. You can't go wrong here. There are places to sit outside if you like.

We agreed with previous on the green sauce ( chefs kiss 😘 ) and the tacos are all GOOD! Can't wait to try the breakfast with fried PLANTAIN! 2 eat for 26.00 8 tacos and a side of fries.

Chilaquiles are a 9, pastor burrito is a 7, ABLT was a 10. Fast service, friendly staff, almost missed it. Had to turn around a couple times because we were determined 😂 Would definitely stop again
