Hands down the best burger in town! I love the green chile, the double meat.. everything's always fresh, the pickles have a nice crunch to them, the fries are crispy with an awesome seasoning. You can get a burger under $20 and it's filling

Got the Beef Fajitas Burrito, Christmas, and it was genuinely the best burrito I’ve EVER eaten. I also got chips & salsa, and the chips were SO fresh. They were still hot from being made and were seasoned deliciously.

I will always be sure to stop here anytime I’m in town.

I want to say that I am very unhappy with my experience and with the service I received from Analeah during my visits to Mantes. Her behavior has consistently been unprofessional, rude, and extremely disrespectful. As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable to be treated in such a dismissive and discourteous manner.

This is not a one time incident — it has occurred multiple times, and each time it leaves me more disappointed and uncomfortable with returning. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a customer, I have been made to feel disrespected and unwelcome. Her tone, attitude, and lack of basic courtesy are highly unprofessional and reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole.

Unfortunately, because this issue continues to reoccur, it has completely diminished my ability to enjoy the Mantes experience. I should not have to dread encountering the same unprofessional conduct every time I visit. If this matter is not taken seriously, I will have no hesitation in sharing my experiences on Facebook and other public platforms so that others are aware of how customers are being treated.

I hope this issue will be addressed promptly and appropriately.

This is hands down, the best breakfast joint in Northern New Mexico. I had a smothered breakfast burrito and a cinnamon roll. Both of which I could not finish. The smothered burrito, I had with both green and red chili. Delicious 😋 😋 😋!
There is no reason to go anywhere else if in Taos!

Just found this most recent trip, OUTSTANDING!! With their roots as a food trailer, now have two brick-n-mortar locations! South location was great, large indoor space with counter service. Food and coffee were AMAZING! Will be a regular stop on future trips! Authentic New Mexican food at it's BEST!
