Jose and La Cocina Encantada were awesome!! Food was amazing, so fresh and delicious, and Jose was the nicest owner I’ve met in a long time. We were just passing through the town and so glad we stopped for a late lunch. Will definitely be back again next time when we’re in Taos!

On our trip to Taos, we decided to stop at La Cocina Encantada for lunch. Food was fantastic. Green chili stew, enchilada and Lisa’s Combination plate were very good. Reasonably priced and service was fantastic.

Passing by Taos and stopped at this cute family owned restaurant. The atmosphere was greats and even though it was busy, staff were bright and attentive. There was a slight wait on food since all the tables were full and they were extremely busy. The food was excellent and definitely worth the wait. I got the Lina Combination Plate and the taco was just the cutest. I definitely recommend giving the place a try. I will be stopping there next time i pass through Taos.

Had an awesome time here. The place looks great and is super clean, which set the tone right away. The staff was really nice and made everything easy. My food came out fast and tasted amazing. Tried the Sopilla burger which I had never heard of- it did not disappoint! Honestly, the whole experience wasn’t just good — it was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back

My mom and I went yesterday with my toddler and the staff were so friendly and fast with our food!
On top of that the food was delicious and I saved half my pastrami sandwich only for my husband to steal it when I got him today 😂
Thankfully we ordered another to go and I got to enjoy one tonight regardless! The sopas were also delicious and perfect.
Perfect spot for a tasty meal with family!

Friendly prompt attentive service and a dynamite black bean burger! Not sure if they make the patties in-house, but it tasted homemade for sure. All the veggies were fresh and appreciated. I wasn't even finished building my burger and my partner has already practically licked his plate clean. He had the enchiladas with the red and green sauce. They were gone so fast I didn't get a chance to try them, lol. I thoroughly enjoyed the sopapilla bun with my burger, and the waffle fries were cooked perfectly. I would absolutely go back.
