100% Recommend! By far the BEST FAJITAS I have ever had! Was visiting from Oklahoma and if I ever come that way again I will absolutely go to La Cueva Cafe for another round or two! DELICIOUS!
Ate here on a whim.....amazing food and awesome service! My hubby is a stickler for good beans and these were off the chart. Loved the frito pie!
La Cueva is my favorite spot in Taos. I discovered them 2 trips ago and had the best chicken chimichangas I ever had. this last time, my husband went with me & ordered the veg chimis and agreed with my assessment of la Cueva. someone on fb recommended la cueva and I'm so glad I listened. service is top notch & the prices can't get any better.
