This was our second visit to Leonel’s Tamales. Frankly, there is nothing special about the people, place or service…at all. But the food feels made with love. Both times we left wanting to come back next time we’re in town. It’s a good, simple place with good food.

Not bad not great. Got the tamale plate. They were dry but had nice flavor. Barely got any rice and what I did get was soggy. Not worth the price in my opinion.

We were pleased with our food which tasted great. I do wish they had free chips and salsa. The atmosphere was nothing to brag about. I felt the prices were very STEEP for this establishment. $18 for a simple hamburger. I know it’s a tourist destination but way overpriced.

Had a navajo taco and family had some smothered burritos. Food was great. Green chili was perfect. Homemade type food. Mom & Pop shop and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were reasonable. Loved my experience.

Everything is delicious and i highly recommend the tamales and birria tacos and its even better now that they no longer serve to go boxes for dinning that they use real plates, breakfast burritos are the best, not to mention the tortas that will get you full, affordable prices,

I didn't care for the tamales but the al pastor burrito was very good, comes with avocado and good amount of beans in it. Green chile didn't have as much flavor as I like.
