I really enjoyed the Mediterranean sandwich and corn and potato soup, both were vegan and delicious. Will definitely go back there.
Delicious spot with cozy seating!
What a lovely breakfast experience. Delicious and manageable portion sizes make you feel happy and fed not overly full and sleepy.
Fresh flowers. Gluten-free options. Don’t be afraid of the line. They work quickly. They make their own bone broth. Fresh salads. Amazing gluten free bread and sourdough. They even have a blue corn bread. Salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. A nice break from all the cheese I have been eating ay other places;). Fresh. Delicious. We went two times while in Taos. It’s the way I would like to eat every day of my life.
Very cozy and beautiful. Artwork for sale, including home made aprons. The lox scramble is terrific!
Co-Op is awesome 🤟

These guys have the audacity to charge you $9 for a smoothie and then not provide a functional WiFi experience. I would eat elsewhere in Taos. Better yet, leave the toxic femininity capital of America and go somewhere else entirely.

Visiting from out of town, we parked just a few feet away and stumbled on Manzanita without knowing about the place.
We had a couple of cortados and juevos rancheros. The coffee was sublime, my GF is Cuban, and couldn't believe it was better than hers. The juevos come in a very nice shallow bowl with just the right amount of chili, beans, and potatoes.
The decor is carefully curated but not exaggerated.
Good job guys, great experience.
