We loved this place for breakfast so much it's the only place in Taos we went to more than once! Excellent menu, lots of interesting options. I got the chorizo scramble, and the breakfast sandwich with ham, as well as the mushroom cacao drink both days. Everything was so tasty!! And they have lots of interesting things to buy as well.
I had the lentil curry, and it was delicious and filling. No modifications needed, it was already vegan. There were a couple of other vegan options too, plus 2 out of 8 ice cream flavors were vegan.
