This place is Taos through and through. It's our go-to for lunch. His favorite is the tamale plate and mine is the relleno burrito, and I like to add a hamburger meat to it.

Very quick, reasonable, Americanized Mexican food. Tasted good but nothing special. Had beef taco plate. Beef was flavored well, with shredded iceberg lettuce and bagged shredded cheese on commercial corn tortilla. Brand and rice were average as well.

Great costumer service, but just average food. Filled the stomach.

Best smothered burrito I have ever had. Top notch.

Spicy, but still flavorful and not overpowering. Great meat to beans to chili ratio. I had it smothered with green sauce, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato, and I basically licked that box clean. The flavor was awesome!!!!

Girl at the window was impatient and uninterested when taking order. She didn't take a name. 30 minutes later they still had not given our order and everyone after us had got their food and left. I went to the window to check and the same girl looked at me and walked away. My husband went to the window to check and they said they gave our food to someone else. The gentleman offered to remake our meal. We had to be somewhere and chose the refund.

Mary Janes is a fantastic food truck for when you need a bite to get you going in the morning. You can’t go wrong with a breakfast burrito from here.

Oh also, don’t forget to grab yourself a nice latte in the plaza next to the food truck. That’ll start any morning off right.

We ordered a Chile relleno burrito and a tamale. Service was great and price isn’t too bad. The burrito was flavorless— kinda like mushed all together, guac tasted days old, and salty. The tamale was small but good for $3. We came around closing so maybe that’s why things tasted this way.. worth another try but we were disappointed as there is so much Mexican
