What is wrong with this establishment, slower than a snails pace. Been in big cities where the drive thru is always packed yet every order is done in a timely manner, in Taos expect to wait 30-40 minutes minutes regardless of how busy

Food was good but staff was rude and ignored customers simply asking for the bathroom code . Defiantly will drive through toast to the nearest mc Donald's when I want a big Mac.

Great!! The food, the only thing that I didn't like you need to ask to get into the restroom. That seems to be a little annoying. Maybe when you order something on the receipt it can give the code to go to use the restroom. very clean atmosphere in the dining area.
Major disappointment. Could not dine in @ 8am. Found out after getting yelled at that dine in was not open due to their staff shortage. No sign. He aggressively told us to go to Wendy’s.

Worst mcdonalds, they think because your white they think you dont speak spanish and want to talk about your looks in spanish and when confronted they lie about it. Its all the females. They kick us out of the play area with our 1 year old everytime.

Food was standard McDonalds fare. I wanted to wash my hands before ordering, nope woman at the counter was adamant that I had to order before she would unlock the bathroom door. It felt unwelcoming to say the least. They did not earn my repeat patronage today.

I made a mistake ordering just the big breakfast without the hotcakes, and they helped me get the hotcakes without having to order the comparatively expensive single order of just hotcakes, very nice!

Stick with the drive thru because the food is the only redeeming quality. The workers are mean. The play area (and half the seating) is blocked off. If you want to use the restroom, you have to pay and then ask a worker to go unlock it for you — they do not trust you with the code. To make matters worse they act clearly annoyed when you ask them to do it. Yikes. This will only be a last resort for us next time we pass through.

The owner of this place is very rude, the minute I walked in the restaurant asked me if I will order food or not, he closed most of the dining areas and only 3 or 4 tables are available, I tried to set my laptop and bag pal, then he came again after one minute and he said, you need to order now or leave, I left this place, this is not the way to talk to people in a restaurant, very disrespectful.
