Do not ever stay here… Brittany horrible server.
Buyer beware .. please look other places..
The food was good but very little food options, the waitress was very inexperienced who payed little attention. Not to mention it’s a breakfast place that doesn’t sell pancakes or French toast
As other people have commented, the food is decent/average but overpriced. I'm writing the review, though, because I asked for a table today at 10:44 am. Despite having other guests in the restaurant, the hostess declined to seat me and told me they are only offering take-out at this time. I'm assuming the restaurant closes at 11 am, even though google shows 1 pm. I still think 16 minutes was enough of a window until closing to allow me to be seated. I've had breakfast here twice before and I don't spend 30 minutes in the restaurant. At this point, it's unclear to me the latest time I am able to arrive for breakfast, or if it's just at the whim of the staff. The hotel and restaurant should make that more clear.
Bad place. Don’t come
The best moderately priced place for late dinner in Taos.
Food was average, fried steak is actually fried beef patty, subpar service at best
Not enough plants, but the place is big and beautiful….😍
Food was about Taos standard-mediocre. Chicken was a bit flavorless and the tacos came out excessively greasy. Waitress was sweet. We ate at the bar because the cafe was closed. I wonder if it would have been much different at the Cafe. Food was definitely overpriced. It was +$10 to add chicken to a salad…
Everything was exceptional. The new menu is delicious and the service was great! This is a hidden gem in Taos. We will definitely be back!

If you aren't staying at the hotel their is zero reason to come here. Even if you are staying at the hotel I wouldn't recommend it. I'm a Hilton Gold client and for two of us I get a $30 credit. Even with the credit applied the food was over priced. I ordered the French Toast and I sent it back as it didn't taste good. I spoke with a manager and she took it off the bill. The staff was friendly, but I don't see a point to eating here when the food isn't good and way overpriced. We will use the daily credit to buy items out of the hotels small market store and will not be eating here again.

Highly over-priced breakfast. Coffee was bitter, toast was so cold the butter wouldn't melt, potatoes had good flavor but they were mushy. Sausage links were the only good thing on the plate. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. The fried cornbread is a MUST. The omelets, potatoes, burrito, and french toast were all great. Best breakfast I have had in years!!The staff was so helpful, kind, and personable!

Went there for breakfast with my husband before we opened up our own restaurant at 10 AM. It seems to be open pretty early very rare for Taos walked in there and loved the decor. It’s a beautiful building. One waitress was there servicing the entire restaurant. It wasn’t packed. She was quite friendly and bubbly and very conversational, however, there were only three tables that were seated and it took forever for our food to come out within the first bite. I found a hair sent it back. Couldn’t even finish eating. My food on top of that I did taste didn’t feel like it was worth it it was lacking flavor, soul and pizzazz.
